Most of our maps are already in stock and ready to be sent out to you. We process and ship majority of the orders within 1-2 business day in some cases even the same day. It takes up to 10 business days for the map to arrive. Very rarely it would take longer (if you live in a rural area) but most of the time it actually arrives much earlier than 10 days.
In case you are ordering a custom map or you are getting a map we don’t have in stock, the process will be longer. The crafting of the map usually takes about 10 days. In that instance, we’ll be in touch and will let you know about it.

We are also upfront about our shipping costs. The price you see when you add the map to the cart is the price you pay. No extra charges for shipping. Simple.
Shipping is free! We ship all items using various couriers to make sure that your maps get to you as safely and quickly as possible. We are based in Sydney and we have ready to hang maps available to sent to your door. Our high-quality maps are European made, where the workshop is based in beautiful Slovenia, which is a hidden gem of a country.
So sometimes the map will get shipped directly from the workshop to you via DHL. The map will reach you in about the same time regardless of where it was sent from. Shipping insurance and a tracking number are standard with every map.
We pack maps in super sturdy corrugated tubes. Tried and tested, our packaging is completely damage-proof against the transport.

Our goal at Canvas Wall Maps it to make sure your new map fits on your wall perfectly. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our maps. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days and we’ll take it from there.
If the product arrived defective, we will arrange the shipping back to us and refund the payment as soon as we get the map back.
In the case, you have just changed your mind and there is nothing wrong with the map, we can also arrange the shipping back to us and give you a refund. However, we will charge you for the shipping costs. It is between AUD $40 and AUD $150, depending on the map size for domestic Australian customers. International shipping cost is between AUD $50 and AUD $250. We don’t charge you any more than what we would have been charged to us for shipping and we think that’s fair.
If you wish to return the map, please send it back in the original packaging to ensure the map does not get damaged on the way back. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not come back in its original package or if the return has not been communicated with us within 30 days of the receiving of the map.
